Spine & Sports Communicable Disease Prevention Plan
- We have had an orientation with all of the staff at Spine & Sports so everyone is trained in our communical disease protocols (which are based on WorkSafeBC Communical Disease Prevention Plan and Government of BC Orders and Notices
- Formulated an office “sick policy” for both staff and patients to ensure no one is in the clinic while they are feeling unwell
- Posted signage for: hand washing, mask protocols, office cleaning and disinfectant protocols
- Limiting capacity in waiting room in order to meet adiquate socal distacing requirments
- Medical grade disinfectant for treatment beds, all equipment and surfaces
- Plexiglass shields to help protect the patient and our front desk team
- All patients are required to complete the Communical Disease Symptom Assessment Tool prior to each treatment session via an e-mail health survey
- Hand washing and sanitization before and after all treatment sessions
- Contactless hand sanitizer
- Wearing a mask (cloth or medical is acceptable) is now a requirement during treatments for our clinic. We are happy to provide you with one free of charge. Please inquire if you have further questions. Please respect others.
- Waiving late cancellation fees so if you are feeling unwell, please do not worry about being charged if you choose to cancel your appointment.
- Contactless payments as much as possible through our 254 bit encrypted and secure online system
